What enthralled me was the blow-by-blow account of the continuing economic relations between countries (corporations) even when they were at war with each other and how central bankers were happy ti disregard any feelings they had about their own country to serve the banking interests. Rickards is probably a card-carrying member of the global elite but he is well informed, erudite, and able to write very well. He can come across as chicken little as he is constantly telling everyone the sky is falling. That said he offers high-level insights into the financial system and especially the role the IMF plays in offering "Special Drawing Rights" to member states. (BOOK)

This is a cracker for anyone interested in owning their relationship with money. "First pay yourself" is an old Babylonian principle of putting aside capital to make it work for you. Robert will tell you what to do with it. (BOOK)

This was my first leap into the dark world of central banks and hidden history. It is a classic of any genre and a cornerstone of any serious inquiry into how the world truly works. Griffin, at times, seems to shy away from the identities of those set against humanity (he calls it "world socialism") but none can argue with his scholarly go slow walk through the hideous world of the banker's trust and the untameable beast of inflation. US Bankruptcy - SGT News
This is a difficult video to get through and I am unsure of its veracity but it is, at the very least, very interesting. It makes the proposition that one man (Russell Gould) captured the flag, and in becoming Postmaster-General, became Commander-in-Chief of the US. It's barely believable (I have no authority to say such things) but it is fascinating nonetheless. (VIDEO)
